This really all depends on your goals and is something that has to do with how you best respond to bodywork. If you feel more comfortable with your clothes on. Shiatsu and Thai may be the best fit. If you are looking to address specific chronic pain and tension in the body, myofascial and trigger point may be best. Scheduling an intro call with Brenden may be the quickest way to find out which one aligns best!

Frequency depends on the severity of imbalance in the body and how quickly you are hoping to release it. If it’s severe there is nothing from stopping us from working again tomorrow, why not?
It only means you will be back doing what you love to do faster!
For maintenance, every two weeks or four weeks is recommended and highly encouraged to keep those joints feeling nice and buttery! -
The purpose and goal of the initial introductory session is to become acquainted with each other and determine which modality and treatment will accomplish our goals in the optimal time. It will include an intake, history, necessary paperwork and a detailed plan for moving forward. Time can be set aside for homework to be given that precisely targets imbalances and allows for the work to continue, even after we part ways.

If you are 15 minutes late or less, we will continue with the session without an issue. After that our no show policy kicks in.
Full refund is allowed for cancellations more than 24 hours in advance to appointments. -

Accessibility
The building has an elevator (we are on the top floor, up two flights of stairs) and our office follows ADA regulations for spacing, signage, and general accessibility. Please reach out if you would like any additional information or assistance getting to the office.
